Freight & Large Item Delivery:

Many of our premium beds and furnishings are too large for standard carriers like FedEx or UPS. For these items, we partner with specialized freight carriers who handle oversized deliveries with the same care and attention that goes into crafting our pieces.

Your order includes delivery to the first dry area of your home — such as a covered porch, garage, or main entryway.

At the time of delivery, please inspect your items carefully. If you notice any visible damage, note it on the carrier’s paperwork before signing to help us resolve it quickly and smoothly.

30 Day Returns! Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a refund.
We want you to love your new piece. If you’re not fully satisfied, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
