Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Shipment:

We Offer free Standard Shipping across USA for our Customers, no minimum order valued required. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your method of payment, it will ship within three to five (3-5) business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the contact method you provided when checking out.  Pease, feel free to follow up with us at Support@divinecanopybeds.com or from the Order tab under your Account(if one was created at Checkout).

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Support@DivineCanopyBeds.com and go you Your account to begin the Return process.
