We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@divinecanopybeds.com. Or go to the Orders tab under your Account(If you created an Account at checkout with DivineCanopyBeds.com.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item and inspect its condition, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order and schedule a return for your item on its way.

Orders are processed immediately upon purchase, then your item of choice will be shipped 3-5 business days after processing your payment method. Once shipped, you will be provided with your tracking number via the contact method of your choice. You can then track your order status from your Account under the orders tab(if one was created at Checkout) or by selcting the tracking order link sent to your contact method.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support  at 617-362-7377 or Support@DivineCanopyBeds.com and we will assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen during delivery. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support at Support@DivineCanopybeds.com or 617-362-7377 to check if it's eligible for replacement and initiate a return/Exchange of the defective/damged item
