Returns/Exchange
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I return an item if I change my mind?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; however, some items are not eligible for return. Additionally, a modified return policy applies to some products, including mattresses and large appliances. For more details, please read our Return Policy. further below
Returns are seamless and easy, and you can do it online!
- Visit My Orders and select “Return Item”.
- Choose your return and refund method.
- After setting up the return, you will receive a confirmation email with specific instructions. This will also contain any return labels you need. Please refer to this email if you have any questions.
Will I have to pay for return shipping fees?
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and can vary depending on the location of the return.
For items delivered via UPS or FedEx: Print the shipping label from your return confirmation email, and bring the package to a nearby drop-off location.
For large, heavy, or fragile items delivered via special carrier: Follow the same steps above, but instead of printing a shipping label, we’ll coordinate for the carrier to pick up the item at your convenience.
How will I get my refund?
In most cases, when returning an item, you can choose between receiving a refund to your original payment method or store credit. We will always refund to the orignal payment method by default if no store credit is chosen.
Can I cancel my return?
You can request to cancel your return through My Account. However, please note that a Return carrier may show up to pick up the item. If the carrier shows up, please advise them that you have canceled the return.
What is our mattress return policy?
Every mattress comes with a 100-night free trial. If you don't love your new mattress within the first 100 nights, you can arrange a return for free to store credit or to your original payment method for a fee ranging from $49-$99. This excludes Mattress Toppers, Crib Mattresses, Air Mattresses, and Open Box Mattresses.
How do exchanges work?
We initiate a refund once the item has been received and checked at our warehouse. For store credit this takes 24 hours from initiation and 3-5 business days for refunds to the original payment method. You can either order your new item before returning the old one or wait until your refund has been received to place the new order. Some payment methods (e.g. Financing payment options) might not be eligible for store credit refunds - if Store Credit does not appear as an option when setting up the return, this is likely due to your original payment method.
Where applicable, your return ship fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
